What is a specific source?

A Fanpage, a Twitter @account, a Youtube Channel or Video, and a RSS feeds particularly relevant for your industry due to the content and conversation generated there.


How to add a specific source?

To add specific sources, go to:  Configuration/Capture/Sepecific Sources

  • Connect Socialmetrix Echo to Facebook and Twitter.

  • Copy-paste or type a Fanpage URL, Twitter @account, YouTube channel or video, or a RSS / Feed URL in the input field.

By clicking outside the input field, the system will recognize automatically the source, or you can select it manually, clicking in the button Capture from:

 




  • Select the language in which you want to filter the captured information or assign a language tag if you don't want to filter captured comments automatically.

  • Assign a region to the source you've loaded. (If you are not sure about the region of that specific source, tag it as “Without category”. You will see the comments from that source later, in the Region Filter “Without category”).

  • Preview comments coming from the source with the Eye Button.

  • Add it to your specific sources list.
