To add a Facebook page:

Go to the Facebook page you want to add.

Copy the URL the browser displays.

Paste the URL in the input field in specific sources.

Select a language if you want to filter comments or assign a language tag.

Assign a region to the source.

Add it to your “specific sources” list.
